SafeArrival Student Absence Reporting

The SafeArrival student absence reporting system reduces the time it takes to verify student attendance, making it easy for you to report your child’s absence and easy for staff to respond to unexplained student absences. 

With SafeArrival, you are asked to report your child’s absence in advance using any of these three convenient methods. To create your account, please use the same email address/phone number that you use for PowerSchool. If you do not have your PowerSchool login information, please contact your child’s school for assistance.

To use SafeArrival is easy:

1. Toll-free Phone Option: 1-833-244-5565 - Follow the prompts.  This replaces our old attendance line.

2. School Messenger app: Get the app from this link http://go.schoolmessenger.com or search for SchoolMessenger

1. Tap Sign Up to create your account.
2. Select Attendance from the menu, and then select Report an Absence

3. Web/Mobile: go.schoolmessenger.com

1. Click Sign Up to create your account (*use the email address on file at the school*)
2. Select Attendance from the menu, the select Report an Absence

If you have any questions call the school at 403-246-4771.

To excuse prior day absences, please email the school at springcm@rockyview.ab.ca.
Per our attendance protocol, students must sign themselves in and out at the main office, but only parents and guardians can EXCUSE a student's absence.
